Local Data Hub Lead Intelligence
Privacy policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
Local Data Hub Lead Intelligence ("Local Data Hub", "we") is operated by The JM Marino Group. Local home-service businesses use it to choose which homes to send letters to, to mail those letters, and to see who responds. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
If you received a letter
The letter came from the business named on it, which used Local Data Hub to send it.
- About your home, not about you. Letters are chosen from facts about the property, such as its age, size and features, taken from public records and real-estate listing data. We do not use information about the people who live there, such as age, income, family or background.
- Scanning the QR code. We record that the code was scanned, when, the type of browser, and a one-way scrambled version of the internet address it came from (not the address itself). This tells the business that its letter was read. It does not identify you.
- Asking for a call back. If you fill in the call-back form, we pass your name, phone number, best time and note to that business only, so it can contact you about your request. By sending the form you agree that the business may call or text you at that number about it. We never sell or share it with anyone else.
- Calling the number on the letter. Calls to a tracking number may be recorded; you are told at the start of the call. If you key in the code from your letter, the call is linked to that letter.
- To stop the letters, tap "Stop mail to this address" on the page your QR code opens, or call the number on the letter and mention its code. That business will not mail your address again. A letter already printed may still arrive in the next few days.
If your business uses Local Data Hub
- We keep your account details (names, email addresses, a scrambled form of your password), your settings, your lists, your campaigns and their letters, and the responses to them.
- Each business's leads, lists, campaigns and responses are kept in its own account and are never shown to another business. Facts about a property itself are shared across the platform, so no one pays to look up the same home twice.
- We use what we collect only to run the service, keep it secure, and support you.
Who helps us run it
We use trusted service providers that process data only on our behalf: hosting (Vercel), the database (Neon), letter printing and mailing (Lob), phone numbers and call recording (Twilio, where a business uses call tracking), email delivery, property-data providers, and AI services that draft letter text from property facts. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
Connections are encrypted, passwords and keys are stored scrambled or encrypted, and every business can see only its own account. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what we hold and to keep only what the service needs.
How long we keep it
Call-back requests, scans and call records are kept while the business's account is open so it can follow up and measure its results, and are deleted when the account is closed. Do-not-mail requests are kept for as long as the business could mail again, so the request keeps working.
Your choices
You can stop the letters at any time as described above. To ask what we hold about you, or to have a call-back request deleted, contact us below; we may need to confirm the request came from you.
Changes and contact
